Services

What I can drive for you

All routes are tailored to your needs. The principle is always the same: your vehicle, personally driven, from door to door.

Cars

Sedans, hatchbacks, estates, SUVs – manual or automatic. I collect your car at the agreed address and deliver it to the final destination anywhere in the EU.

Typical use: relocation, seasonal move, purchase abroad, long-term parking return.

Motorcycles

Long-distance motorcycle delivery for touring, classic and modern bikes. Depending on the model and distance, I ride it or we arrange safe transport.

Riding style is calm and technically careful – the goal is safe arrival, not speed.

Light vans & small commercial vehicles

Vans and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes (B licence). Ideal for moving equipment, tools or personal items across borders.

Note: cargo must comply with legal load limits and insurance conditions.

Pricing

Clear, distance-based pricing

My pricing is based on the actual driving distance. You know in advance what is included in my service fee and which costs are paid separately at real cost.

0.50 € / km
This is my personal service fee per kilometre driven. It covers my work, accommodation and meals during the trip.
  • Kilometres are calculated based on the planned door-to-door route (including realistic motorway and safe road options).
  • The same rate applies for cars, motorcycles and light vans up to 3.5 t.
  • My fee already includes my overnight stays (hotels or guesthouses) and my meals during the journey – you do not pay these separately.

Additional costs paid by the client

  • Fuel for the vehicle (based on actual consumption).
  • Road tolls and vignettes on the chosen route.
  • Ferry tickets if the route requires a ferry crossing.
  • Any additional insurance or roadside assistance needed for the trip (for example, extending coverage to more countries).
  • Travel to and from the route: my flight to the pick-up location and flight back home, plus reasonable transfers to and from the airports (public transport or shuttle).

All of these extra costs are billed at real cost with receipts, without hidden markups. Flight tickets are usually cheaper when booked early, so if we confirm the job in advance, total costs are lower.

Please note: this is a personal driving service, not a truck or trailer transport company and not a removal service.

To prepare an accurate quote, I need:

  • 1. Pick-up and destination cities (with country).
  • 2. Vehicle type (car, motorcycle, van) and approximate value.
  • 3. Preferred dates or time window – earlier confirmation usually means cheaper flight tickets.
  • 4. Special requirements (winter conditions, mountain roads, tight deadlines, specific route preferences).

Once I receive this information, I will calculate the driving distance, estimate the number of days, check flight options and send you a clear written quote with a total estimated cost breakdown.

Example: Oslo (Norway) → Barcelona (Spain)
  • Approx. driving distance: ≈ 2 400 km
  • Service fee: 2 400 km × 0.50 € = 1 200 €
  • Fuel (example): approx. 7 l/100 km at 1.80 €/l → around 300 €
  • Motorway tolls and vignettes: typically 150–250 €
  • Insurance / roadside assistance extension (if required): typically 20–70 €
  • Possible ferry or bridge fees: if needed, depending on the exact route
  • Flights for the driver (home → Oslo, Barcelona → home): usually 200–350 € (with early booking)
  • Airport transfers (public transport or shuttle): approximately 20–60 €

This is only an illustrative example to show the structure of the costs. The exact amounts depend on the real route, fuel prices, toll systems and flight offers on the given dates. Before any agreement, you will receive a personalised written quote with current estimates.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Clear information, transparent rules, and professional standards. Your vehicle is always handled personally and safely.

1. Who will drive my vehicle?

I personally drive every vehicle, without subcontractors or unknown drivers. This ensures consistent quality, safety and full accountability from pick-up to delivery.

2. Which countries do you cover?

I operate across the Schengen Area and other European countries with right-hand traffic. This includes Scandinavia, DACH, Benelux, Iberia, Italy, Central and Eastern Europe.

3. What condition must the vehicle be in?

It must be roadworthy, insured, and up-to-date with its technical inspection. Tyres, brakes and lights should be in good condition, with sufficient fuel for the route.

4. What happens in case of a mechanical breakdown?

I immediately contact the vehicle’s roadside assistance provider. They tow it to the nearest workshop or a location you specify. Return logistics follow your insurance rules.

5. What happens in case of an accident?

If caused by a third party, I complete the accident report and arrange assistance. If I am at fault, your insurance’s roadside assistance takes the vehicle to the assigned repair shop. Optional extra coverage can be arranged if needed.

6. How is pick-up and delivery documented?

Before departure, I take a full photo documentation of all sides, interior, mileage and fuel level. Upon delivery, the same documentation is provided to ensure complete transparency.

7. How are costs calculated?

The final price includes my kilometre-rate service fee, the fuel and tolls for the vehicle, plus my travel costs to reach the pick-up point and return home after delivery. All costs are communicated clearly in advance.

8. How do I pay for the service?

A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash upon vehicle handover (if agreed).

9. Can I cancel a booking?

Before payment: free cancellation. After payment: purchased flight/train tickets for my travel must be reimbursed by the client.

10. How long does a transfer take?

I drive up to 800 km per day, with rest days every 2–3 days. You receive a realistic schedule before booking, and updates during the journey.

11. How do I know my vehicle is safe with you?

Every service is based on a signed authorization contract giving me legal permission to drive the vehicle. You remain in direct contact with me throughout the entire route – no intermediaries.

12. Why is this a premium service?

Each job requires international travel, time, legal responsibility and careful long-distance driving. This is a personal, door-to-door service — not mass transport on a truck or trailer.
